You funny girl!! Oh, it was so sweet to get your note. I wasn't expecting it, but it sure made me happy. And, thanks for the update on Matilda. That baddie sounds like a super baddie! And Mrs. Honey sounds as nice as her name. In Arabic she'd be Mrs. Aasil. And a "cutie", or a "little honey", like yourself is "assoola". And, in answer to your question, I'm awfully glad that Pops and Dee didn't name me Agatha! Do you think anybody names anybody Agatha any more?
I do have the duck and also the lion, and also two pictures of you. But, I wish I had you, yourself, to hug and kiss!!
Well, tonight, coming out of my bedroom, I ran into three of my students with green mud masks on their faces growling and prowling and pretending to be monsters! I think everyone is maybe going a little nutty. Can you believe that it is hot here? Today was 89 degrees, and that is nice except that it seems to make the flies want to have baby flies, which is gross! But speaking of cuter babies than fly babies, I will send a picture of a donkey mother and its baby--also a picture of a rather nice mud house. Who knew mud houses could be so pretty?
I will have fun thinking about you at the circus today! Write and tell me how it was and also whether new Lia was sweet or whether she threw a fit. Do you remember the story about Pipi going to the circus? Maybe try not to jump on top of a horse, because the horse lady and the ringmaster might get mad.
