This is just a super quick note before bed as it is nearly 1 in the morning!! I got caught up preparing my class, and before I knew it, the night was gone!
How fun that you did yoga. I did the baby pose, though I think we called it something else, but that one felt good! And we also did downward dog, and a series of movements called "flow" and then the leader kept telling us to "open our hips" but I'm not sure what that meant. Usually that one was less comfortable! We didn't do yoga today, but one student taught a number of the others how to swing dance, so there was dancing in the courtyard. It was very cute!
So, you asked about the showers--Hot AND cold, always! Warm for maybe 12 long seconds at a time! Yikes. And who is my favorite? That's hard, because they're all really great. I'll think more about that and get back to you...
O.k. miss cute girl, I'd better go to bed. Meanwhile, here is a picture of the fortress that we are going to visit in a little over a week. It was built by the ancient Romans. Q: Why did the roman chicken hurry across the road. (you know this...) A: Because she thought someone might Caesar!
